Our Story
The Pit Stop started with a simple idea: what if a café could feel as good after sunset as it does at sunrise? We opened our doors on Williams Blvd with that question in mind — and the belief that Fairfax deserved a space where specialty coffee and craft cocktails share the same counter.
Today, we're still that place. Morning regulars grab their pour-over and settle into a corner. After five, the same counter becomes a bar, the lighting drops, and the cocktail menu takes over. Same walls. Same community. Just a different rhythm.
We source our coffee from roasters who treat the bean like a craft ingredient. Our bar program changes with the seasons. And our doors stay open for anyone who needs a place to sit, talk, or just breathe for a minute.
